Request Beta AccessI built touBill because I was tired of choosing between websites that confused me and commentators who told me what to think. I wanted facts I could trust, both sides treated fairly, and the room to make up my own mind.
Four government sources. No aggregator in between.
Everything on touBill traces back to one of four primary sources. Congress.gov publishes the text of federal bills, their sponsors and cosponsors, and the roll-call record for votes. CourtListener publishes Supreme Court, federal circuit, and federal district opinions in full. The FEC publishes candidate campaign-finance filings: receipts, expenditures, and independent expenditures. The Federal Register publishes executive orders as they take effect. When we translate the record into plain English, we mark it clearly so you can always compare it against the source.
